Before Sign up to G.P.T. sites --- ChecklistBefore you signup to any web sites and complete surveys and trials, you should have following things setting up correctly: Mandatory, Set up Paypal account if you don't already have onePayPal is quick, safe, easy and convenient. To accept PayPal payments you do not need to have your PayPal account verified. Sign up for a free PayPal account. Many GPT Sites will give you the option to be paid by check, some by Web Certificates, almost all of them offer payment through PayPal, and some ONLY offer payment through PayPal. Mandatory, Setting up junk email accountGPT offers always asking for your contact including your email address. And they probably will send you emails. At the end, you will receive a boat load of junk emails. Never use your personal email for GPT, otherwise you will never find useful email in your personal email account. Some folks recommend use gmail trick to fool Survey Company. I personally don't do this. I just apply for a new email address every few weeks. However, I still will explain the trick here since you may find it useful. One thing about gmail different from all other free email provider is: gptmakesmemoney@gmail.com, g.ptmakesmemoney@gmail.com, gp.tmakesmemoney@gmail.com, gpt.makesmemoney@gmail.com, gptm.akesmemoney@gmail.com ... are all the same. However, most survey company think they are distinct email address. When you fill out survey from the same company, you keep rotating your dot position. Make sure your browser accept all cookies, including third party cookie. By the way, third party cookie is why you get paid. Third party cookies are coming from sponsor, not GPT sites. In Internet Explorer, click the "Privacy" tab. Move the slide bar to "Accept All Cookies" and uncheck the "Block Pop ups" box, click "OK". You have now cleared your browser cache and cookies, enabled all cookies, and disabled your pop-up blocker! If you have any other pop-up blockers and cookies blockers, you need to also disable them. Highly Recommended, Phone Number masking or free voice boxGPT offers always asking for your contact including your telephone number. And they sometimes will call you. I don't use my personal phone number. I personal use Skype phone number. It costs about 8 dollars a month. This is not the cheapest. But I can make phone call from my Skype number. Another one I highly recommend is eVoice. It costs about $4.95 a month. If you are not so sure about this GPT thing at all, you can sign up eVoice and take advantage of free one month trial. After 1 month, if your earning can not cover eVoice, then you cancel eVoice. Optional, RoboformDownload Roboform. This is an one click form fill in tool. Roboform stores all of your frequently used information then fills out your registration and checkout forms. It also creates postcards, storing your usernames and passwords allowing you to sign in with a click of a button. It's free, it's easy, and it'll make signing up at GPT sites and filling out offers a breeze. Optional, CCleanerDownload CCleaner. It's free. This will help you to clear your cookies quickly. For more information on the importance of cookies check out the cookie tutorial. Keep CCleaner open and use it to clear your cookies between each offer. To clear your cookies simply click "Run Cleaner." Keep in mind that when you clear your cookies it will usually clear your log-in cookie as well, which will log you out of the GPT website that you are working in. To prevent this from happening open CCleaner, click "Options" then "Cookies." The box on the right is your "Safe Box." Click on the GPT site URL in the box on the left and add it to your safe box on the right. This will prevent you from being logged out every time you clear your cookies. Not recommended, prepaid credit cardSome people go to Wal-Mart and buy a prepaid Visa or Master Card. More and more sites detect this and reject this card. I have allocated a card merely for online trial. It works out fine. Noted, mostly site will not charge you the first month. If you cancel the service first month, then you will never be charged. Your card will not be charge. |
